ABOUT THE RESTAURANT

Beautiful restaurant on Fontanka with fine cuisine for every day and an emphasis on wine. As conceived by Anton Oberemok, the group's chef, the cuisine is a blend of the traditions of Sicily, continental Italy and Mediterranean countries, translated into fresh and vibrant flavours of fish, seafood and meat. In the evenings there is live music and guests dance.

Palermo is a very beautiful restaurant for everyday dining. The interior, designed by Anastasia Timofeeva, has a warm and enveloping feel: darkened mirrors, a combination of wood and stone, soft waves on the walls, and smooth lines of marble.

The menu features familiar dishes with a modern twist. Years of experience and internships at Michelin-starred restaurants have given the group's head chef, Anton Oberemok, the opportunity to bring his own style to Italian classics. More
