About

A beautiful restaurant on the Fontanka river with a refined atmosphere every day and an emphasis on wine. According to the idea of the brand chef of the group - Anton Oberemka - the restaurant's cuisine mixes the traditions of Sicily, continental Italy and the Mediterranean countries, embodied in the freshness, bright tastes of fish, seafood and meat. In the evenings, live music sounds in the restaurant, and guests dance.
Interior
A real slice of Sicily 200 metres from Nevsky Prospekt - the abundance of greenery, combined with light, natural textures of the furniture and decorations, relaxes and creates a tranquil atmosphere.

The walls are decorated with panels inspired by Benozzo Gozzoli's frescoes from the ceiling vaults of the Medici-Reccardi palazzo in Florence.

Menu
The menu features familiar dishes with a modern twist. Years of experience and internships at Michelin restaurants have given the group's head chef, Anton Oberemka, the opportunity to bring his own style to Italian classics. You should definitely try the bouillabaisse of turbot with salmon and mussels, salad with octopus, citrus and Asian dressing, tuna steak with zucchini and green buckwheat popcorn, fried Roman artichokes and scallops with smoked mussels sauce. The pizza at PALERMO is the thinnest and crispiest, the pasta is authentic Italian, perfect al dente. Don't forget to save room for the Basque seared cheesecake or the legendary 'hare'.

Live music
In the evenings there are live vocals, popular and Italian hits, and guests dance.

Bar list
The bar has an ageing selection of spirits, liqueurs and digestives. The wine list ranges from classics to contemporary biodynamic wines with an emphasis on terroir.
The perfect place for a romantic date, a Sunday lunch or a leisurely dinner with friends. Weddings, celebrations and anniversaries are also on the agenda.
